Every now & then you find a simple exercise whose benefits belie its simplicity.  For me, Super Brain Yoga falls in this category.  If I need to sit down & execute a technical task, and I want to clear my mind of thoughts that had previously occupied it, then I turn  to this exercise first.  It works every time, and leaves me feeling refreshed, with great mental clarity, and feeling like I’ve done a more physically strenuous exercise than some squats.  For me, I just do however many squats I can comfortably perform in about 90-120 seconds.  Not very long, but it seems to work for me.  Give it a try, you’ll be surprised.
