Every now & then you find a simple exercise whose benefits belie its simplicity.  For me, Super Brain Yoga falls in this category.  If I need to sit down & execute a technical task, and I want to clear my mind of thoughts that had previously occupied it, then I turn  to this exercise first.  It works every time, and leaves me feeling refreshed, with great mental clarity, and feeling like I’ve done a more physically strenuous exercise than some squats.  For me, I just do however many squats I can comfortably perform in about 90-120 seconds.  Not very long, but it seems to work for me.  Give it a try, you’ll be surprised.

So far in mankind’s history, we’ve lived in a binary world; things are either black or white. They either exist or they don’t.

But quantum physics presents us with the dilemma that particles act differently on the sub-atomic scale: depending upon whether or not there is an observer, there can be either a wave-like or particle-like behavior of matter and radiation. All creatures — animal or plant — all life forms are solar energy cells; that’s why almost all of us “go to sleep” each night, when the Sun’s rays are either reflected against the opposite side of the earth from the side we’re on, or life energy waves (perceived from one perspective out of an infinity of perspectives as the sun’s rays) stream past the side of earth we are on, while we rest & recuperate in Mother Earth’s shadow.
